Admission requirements a.y. 2021/22

In this page you can find the admission requirements in order to apply to the Bachelor’s degree in Management for Business and Economics for the academic year 2021/2022.

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

A secondary school qualification or a qualification awarded abroad, which is recognized as eligible in compliance with the existing Italian legislation. Qualification can be awarded by 31 December 2021.

2. ADDITIONAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (selection by test)

In addiction, only one of the following tests is required: you must take one of them before applying to MBE.

ATTENTION: Online tests are valid for the both categories.

ENGLISH TOLC-E test

Provided by CISIA Consortium in one of its approved venues and established periods, as scheduled on the CISIA website. The test is considered as valid only if taken during the year preceding the date of application submission. In the event of multiple tests attendance, only the last one in time sequence will be considered as valid.

ATTENTION

Applicants are required to submit application exclusively online, following the application procedure available on this page.
It is not enough to take one of the following tests to be included in the final ranking list.

2. ADDITIONAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (selection by interview)

Selection will be by an interview, using the Microsoft Teams software. The interview will take place in telematic mode. The candidate must show the identification document attached in the application.
Who doesn’t appear in time according to the the interview schedule will be excluded from the final ranking list. The candidate has to ensure the availability of the required hardware (PC, webcam), the required software and a reliable internet connection.
The interviews will take place in English and will last approximately 15 minutes, during which basic knowledge (logic, text comprehension and mathematics) and the candidate’s level of English language skills will be assessed.
Candidates who present one of the English language proficiency certifications listed below and obtained from 01/01/2020 will not be subject to an English language proficiency assessment:

  • Cambridge assessment English B2 (FCE), minimum score 174
  • Cambridge assessment English C1 (CAE), minimum score 174
  • Cambridge assessment English C2 (CPE), minimum score 174
  • Cambridge assessment English BEC Higher, minimum score 174
  • Cambridge assessment English BEC Vantage, minimum score 174
  • IELTS Academic, minimum score 6.5
  • TOEFL IBT, minimum score 89.

The number of candidates admitted to the interview will be twice the number of places available
(in addition to the 10 places available for the selection by interview, there will be available any places not allocated with the selection by test in presence of 60 places. Candidates will be admitted to the interview on the basis of the cronological order of applications.
Who has submitted an application and is not admitted to the interview, will be placed on a reserve list. If places are still available, the Commission will interview candidates on the reserve list according to the cronological order of applications.
